The Jebel Ali Beach Development Project is a 6.6 km stretch poised to transform Dubai’s coastline significantly. Featuring a 5 km sandy beach developed by Nakheel and a 1.6 km mangrove beach by Dubai Municipality, this eco-friendly development will be divided into three distinct zones: 'The Pearl' near Palm Jebel Ali, offering family-friendly amenities and dining options; 'The Sanctuary,' focusing on turtle conservation; and 'The Nest,' an educational area within the mangroves.
