Our Team

During 13 years of our operation, we have built up a professional work force of 32 dedicated personnel and a sound infrastructure. All key members of our team have been with the company for more than 5 years at least and many since the beginning.

We are organised into different Departments -. Reservations, Sales & Marketing , Visa Administration, Tourism Services, Operations, Guest Relations, Excursions, Controls, Accounts and Administration. All our people have clear roles and well-defined objectives.

We are dealing with more than 200 overseas partners with whom we have established a strong trust and confidence through our long-standing relationships. Many of our partnerships have co-operation with us since the inception of our business.

Having established strong relationship with our suppliers we have managed to have the best possible rates with a good inventory of rooms in all the key Hotels in the UAE.

Do you offer the best possible hotel rates?

Yes, we are offering our partners the best possible discounted prices, due to our companies' all year round high production of room nights. We also maintain a good and strong relationship with our hotel partners.

Are your prices commissionable or net?

Our special discounted prices are net and non-commissionable, unless mentioned otherwise.

What do your prices include?

Our prices are based on Bed and Breakfast per room per night and visa charges. We provide Airport Meet and Assist, complimentary transfers for city hotel unless mentioned otherwise.

What are our products & services?

We offer a wide range of products and services specially aimed to cater the needs of every tourist. They are Visas, Hotel reservations, Meet and Assist upon arrival, Marhaba service, VIP Lounge, Airport - Hotel transfers, Car rentals, Insurance, multi lingual guides, Sight Seeing trips, Golf Packages, Conferences & Incentives, and a wide range of Excursions.

What excursions and sight seeing trips do we offer?

We offer a wide variety of sight seeing trips from Adventurous Desert safaris to romantic Dhow cruises. We also offer half day and full day city tours. We have our own professional and DTCM (Department of tourism and commerce marketing) licensed multilingual guides. Please refer to activities for full details.

What are your office timings?

Our office is open 7 days a week from 9AM - 9PM including public holidays.

What are your payment terms and conditions?

Once a booking is confirmed, an invoice is prepared and sent to you by e. mail attachment . Payment should be settled either by bank transfer or other means well in advance and definitely before the arrival of the tourist.

Do you conduct familiarization tours (FAM tours)?

Yes we are fully aware of the importance for all our agency partners to come and experience the destination and the products in order to sell our packages successfully. In view of the above we arrange FAM trips during the low season.

What is high and low season?

The high season is from October to May
The Low season is from June to September

Can we get promotional materials from your company?

We do arrange all types of promotional materials such as slides, pictures, photographs, brochures etc… for all our products.

Do you participate in any travel trade events?

Yes, we attend all major exhibitions and road shows around the world. We participate along with the Department of Tourism Commerce & Marketing (DTCM) and we also participate on our own for other international exhibitions

What is the best form of communications?

The best form of communications is by email. We are proud to say that we use state of the art technology with specially designed software's that enhance our level of services and our response time.
